ABSTRACT

Primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma (PMBCL) is an aggressive large B-cell lymphoma originating in the mediastinum. Because of its distinct clinical and histological features, PMBCL has been reclassified as a separate entity by the World Health Organization classification of lymphoid neoplasms. The diagnosis of PMBCL mainly depends on the pathological features, imaging examination and clinical features. Currently, there are many therapeutic schemes for PMBCL, the most commonly used schemes are R-CHOP and R-EPOCH regimens. Radiotherapy is beneficial in some patients, but it can also lead to long-term toxicity. Research and development of new drugs are ongoing, including chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy, anti-programmed death receptor 1 drugs, etc. PET-CT is mainly used to assess the curative effect after treatment and to guide the next treatment strategy.

ABSTRACT

Objective An optimal radiation dose was made research on tumor cells to develop effective tumor fusion vaccines. Methods We used the RS 2000 biological X-ray radiation instrument to produce different dose of X-rays.Mouse liver cancer cells line,BNL 1ME a.7R.1(MEAR),was used for experiment. The RS 2000 biological X-ray radiation was applied to create different tumor cell clones, which could help us to study the rela-tionship between irradiation dose and tumor cells′proliferation activity.Furthermore, the fusion cells′anti-tumor ef-fect was examined by flow cytometry. Results High-dose radiation would induce the lower proliferation of cancer cells than low-dose irradiation do.Conclusions During the preparation of fusion vaccines, irradiation dose should be considered as a factor that would influence the tumor cells′ proliferation activity. When the dose of irradiation was appropriate,we could make safe and efficient integration cell vaccines.

ABSTRACT

The discharge preparation service is a complete process, which is of great significance for ensuring the patients′ discharge safety and the home sustainability of rehabilitation nursing. It has become a hot issue among international nursing scholars. This paper reviews the concept, implementation content, assessment tools, nursing practice of patient discharge preparation services, so as to provide theoretical basis for forming patient discharge preparation services system with medical environment in China.
